I’ve been Buying Thunderbolt Batteries > AA, AAA, C, D and 9V Batteries at Harbor Tools for Years at Least 15 Years. I Have Never Ever had any Battery Problems. Recently tried to Purchase Thunderbolt Batteries at Harbor Tools all Sold Out, They are No Longer Selling Thundetbolt Batters. Discontinue/Clareance. I felt So Bad. Where can I buy them in Las Vegas, West Side.

In reply to Chuck. Chuck, I have seen similar results during seasons with alot of rain where the grass will grow back faster. While it is frustrating, this is still the best product I have used to kill grass/weeds.

In reply to Larry R. Larry, that is very unfortunate to hear. So far I have not had an issue with starting my Auger. Looking at their website I do see they have made an update to the instructions and are now calling for a 50:1 gas-to-oil mix. On my machine the instructions call for a 25:1 mix which would be heavier on the oil. It looks like something has changed over the past few years.

In reply to Sean. Sean, That is an interesting idea but for my property I can say I have never had a kayak fall off of the arms. However, if you are in an area that gets high winds you may have to adjust the design to prevent wind from blowing them off.

In reply to Michaela. No, the pump is an "on-demand" which means it just sits idle when the system is pressurized. When you open the sink or flush the toilet the pump will automatically kick on to resupply water.

Round up never seems to work for me so I tried this. It started to kill all of the weeds and grass but we have gotten so much rain that the ground did not stay clear. I am on my 3rd round of spraying.
Rate: 6oz/1gal.
Even my sidewalk cracks have refilled with grasses/weeds.

Absolutely the worst piece of equipment I’ve ever purchased. I used it for about 30 minutes. Since then , I have not been able to get it to start. I have tried everything possible and it still won’t work
I’ve even tried getting the motor to start using a drill instead of the pull cord.
This is the worst piece of crap I’ve ever purchased. Before you buy one, you need to read all the negative reviews about getting it to start. Mine is not an isolated incident. There’s several videos on YouTube showing the various methods that people have used to try to get it to work. If you elect to buy it anyway, then you deserve what you get. Caveat emptor!! You better make damn sure that you can return it.

Hi! Thank you for posting this plan. I have the same challenges at my property and this is a great suggestion. I am wondering if you considered putting the arms that how the kayak at an angle of less than 90 so that there would be less chance of the kayak walking off the rack? It seems like it might work but as a guy who has carried it out a really value your opinion. Thank you!!!
